If there is an issue with any items you receive, we are more than happy to satisfy you with a resolution. Please contact us via our email address at [email protected]. If a resend is required you will be required to provide proof of the default or damage with photographic proof. If the default is found to be as described we will exchange items, postage costs will need to be paid again. Please note that once a wax melts has been started we will be unable to exchange it if it is simply due to a dislike of the scent – we advise all customers to smell the wax melts on opening and if they are not to your liking, please do not break and burn, so that they can be resent and exchanged.
We hope you understand that as a small business we have to verify claims etc to protect ourselves.
